Ingredients:
*2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
*8 oz penne pasta
*4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
*1/2 cup Caesar dressing
*1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
*1 tbsp olive oil
*Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down quickly.
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, and then slice it into strips.
Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped romaine lettuce, and grilled chicken slices. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the top and toss to coat everything evenly.
Garnish:
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the salad. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
